General Questions:

Q: How do I find my transit/routing number?

The routing number for Armstrong Bank is 103104528. 

This number can be found at the bottom of your checks. It is the 9-digit number in the bottom left hand corner before your account number. This number can also be found quickly and easily through our Mobile Banking App and Online Banking. 

Q: How do I update my information?

If you need to update your account or contact information you can visit your favorite Armstrong banking location or give us a call at 888.680.2655.

Q: Do all Armstrong locations observe the same business hours?

Q: What should I do if I have questions outside of normal business hours?

If you have questions outside of normal business hours, you can fill out a contact us form by clicking here. An Armstrong Banker will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Also, Customer Care Phone Support is available at 888.680.2655 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday - Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. 

Check Card Questions:

Q: How do I reset my Debit Card PIN?

To reset your Debit Card PIN, you can call Telephone Banking at 888.201.1000 and select option 4, then option 3. 

Q: What if I have questions about my Rewards account?

Armstrong Rewards is a points program for Armstrong Bank Debit Card holders. Every qualifying purchase accumulates points that you can redeem for gift cards, travel or experiences. If you need assistance with your Rewards account, please call Rewards Customer Support at 855-854-5493.

Q: How do I report my Debit Card lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please report this immediately. You may report your Debit Card lost or stolen in our Mobile Banking App or through Online Banking as well.

Credit Card Questions:

Q: How do I report my credit card lost or stolen?

If your card is lost or stolen, please report this immediately by calling our Credit Card Services at 844.629.4851.

Fraud Questions:

Q: How do I report suspicious email or fraud?

Please do not open anything you believe might be suspicious or fraudulent. Delete these emails immediately. If you believe your account has experienced fraudulent activity, please contact us via email or call 888.680.2655.

Q: I received a call from the Fraud Center. What do I do now?

If you have received a call or a text from our Fraud Center, they will need to verify account information such as billing zip code, in order to verify if your most recent transaction was fraudulent. If you have questions or need assistance returning their call, feel free to contact us at 888.680.2655.
