We now offer a NEW Cash Management experience called Treasury Connect. With these enhancements, there will be changes to your user experience, making managing your business easier than ever. See below for additional details.

Enhanced Features

  • Easy, customizable dashboard - The new platform interface mirrors our Armstrong Bank Digital Banking. For those using our consumer Digital Banking, you'll get the same, great experience for businesses with added functionality for ACH, Wires, and User Management. Your username and password will remain the same as what your are currently using today. 
  • Conversations - You can now securely send messages to other users within your company or to Armstrong Bank within our Digital Banking. Conversations for Business is a secure place for your team members to discuss private information, attach financial documents, approve payments and transfers, and more. Also, if you need banking assistance, you can easily message with a real banker for clarification or for help making a payment or transaction. 
  • User management - For admins, managing your company's Treasury users and permissions is now easier than ever. You can now enable and disable users at your convenience without having to call or email the bank. This feature is now more efficient, more intuitive, and less complex. 
  • Modern platform - This change is foundational to future enhancements. This system change prepares us to soon launch and enable real-time payments such as RTP and FedNow in the future (along with many other Fintech integrations going forward). There's more to come, so stay tuned!

Other important reminders:

The "Statements" option will no longer be available. Customers will have to be enrolled in E-Docs in order to access electronic statements.
Any recurring transfers set up in Cash Management will need to be cancelled and re-set up in Treasury Connect.
Cash Management alerts will need to be disabled to avoid duplicates.
Two-Factor Authentication will be your existing VIP Access secure token. 
All of your existing ACH batches and wire templates will be converted to the new Treasury Connect platform.
