Additional health and safety precautions...

As an essential financial institution, we will remain open and ready to serve our customers' banking needs. However, in response to policies ordered by local and federal governments, we are taking steps to be very cautious and keep our team of dedicated bankers safe while also ensuring that we maintain top-quality service for our valued customers.

To help prevent the spread of viruses and mitigate risks, Armstrong Bank has put the following measures in place (beyond those used each year during flu and sick season):

  • Enhanced cleaning – Additional cleaning methods have been implemented throughout our locations and corporate offices. We are frequently cleaning our ATMs and drive-thru equipment.
  • Hygiene best practices – Armstrong bankers are strongly encouraged to follow prevention guidelines provided by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) including washing hands thoroughly with soap and water and using hand sanitizer as a backup for regular hand cleansing. We are monitoring safely for any potential symptoms of respiratory illness.
  • Safe handling – Armstrong Bankers handling cash and serving customers through the drive-thru are wearing protective gloves at all times.

The CDC recommends a number of precautionary steps you can take to protect yourself and others as well as prevent the spread of respiratory diseases. We recommend checking the CDC’s site for information and updates:
